RESERVATIONS

We do require a credit / debit card on file for cancellation policy purposes when reserving an appointment.
Please keep children at home as we want to provide the most relaxing environment for clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We know how easy it can be to miss or forget an appointment when you make it so far in advance, which is why we offer confirmations and reminders via email and text messaging 48 hours in advance. Please understand that when you do forget or cancel your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and a potential client missed an opportunity to receive a service. By booking an appointment you reserve the right to our policies.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of schedule service.
  • No Show appointments result in $25 fee
  • Rescheduled appointments within 24 hours result in $25 fee
  • Any missed voucher appointments result in a $25 fee with an automatic voucher redemption
  • Clients who have purchased multiple vouchers within restricted time frames result in an additional $25 fee
We understand that things happen at the last minute which is why we have reduced the fee to a minimum of $25.

TARDINESS

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may have to be rescheduled and the $25 fee applies.

CONFIRMATIONS / REMINDER

We offer email / text confirmation and reminder emails through our automated system. If you need to reschedule with a text confirmation ONLY, please call / email, or do so online, as we will not receive a response through the automated text.

RETURN POLICY

Credit to the spa only.
